Bespoke Jade Commission Policy
A private jade commission begins with a direction, not an automatic promise of an identical stone or finished result.
Selection and evidence
The client may choose a photographed base design, jade direction, size and personalization. The real stone, dimensions, natural features, certificate record and real 3D asset—when available—must be confirmed separately. A photographic fallback is used when no verified 3D scan exists.
Design approval
Names, Arabic text, family crests and logos require client review and confirmation. The client must have permission to use supplied artwork. Stone character and carving constraints may require an adjusted design.
Quotation
No invented price is used. The private quotation is prepared after the material, design, size, accessories, production time, delivery and any certificate requirements are confirmed.
Changes and cancellation
The written quotation states the applicable deposit, change window, cancellation terms and refund limitations before payment. Custom work that has begun may not be returnable except where required by law or where the delivered item materially differs from the approved record.
