QINVAULT supports international clients. Exact eligibility, carrier, cost, insurance, customs paperwork and timing are confirmed for each destination before payment or dispatch.
Before dispatch
The dispatch item, product reference, visible condition, included certificate where applicable, packaging and delivery details are reconfirmed. Missing real records are not replaced with invented documentation.
Customs and import
Import duties, taxes, restricted materials and recipient identification requirements vary by country. The private advisor confirms available delivery arrangements but the recipient remains responsible for local import obligations unless the written quotation states otherwise.
Tracking
When a tracked service is used, the order record can store the carrier tracking number and tracking link. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed by QINVAULT where customs or carrier events intervene.
Damage or discrepancy
Contact QINVAULT promptly with the order reference, packaging photographs and item photographs so the dispatch record and carrier process can be reviewed.
