Terms of Service
These terms distinguish photographed inventory, design references, private quotations and completed orders.
Product records
Natural jade and agarwood vary. Photographs, descriptions, weights, dimensions, certificate references and stock status are confirmed for the specific order before fulfilment. A design reference is not a promise that an identical natural piece exists.
Prices and quotations
A fixed price applies only when displayed for an in-stock item. Starting-from prices and private quotations apply only after the material, size, customization and delivery requirements are confirmed.
Payment and acceptance
An enquiry or reserved design is not a paid order. An order becomes accepted only after the site or QINVAULT confirms payment. Failed or cancelled payments are not marked as paid.
Appropriate use
Do not misuse the storefront, interfere with checkout, submit unlawful artwork or attempt to access owner-only systems.
